Need to expand or start a manufacturing facility? ARCH SPAN can custom design an affordable working solution for you. We believe in our product so much that we use our own product for manufacturing space. On our 5 acre property we work in the following buildings that are insulated and heated. 30' x 100' for small tarp manufacturing, 40' x 100' for custom medium sized tarp projects, 55' x 160' for large fabric building covers, 62' x 120' for small shelter covers, 72' x 160' steel shop for manufacturing our building frames, and a 50' x 40' paint shop. We welcome anyone to visit and view our products in use.
Boat Building is also becoming a popular use for our buildings because of the ability to remove the end wall to remove the finished boat. This eliminates the need to purchase such a large door and such a large building to fit the door.

Maximum side height is a key specialty to ARCH SPAN's engineered Riding Arenas. This eliminates the need for a high foundation wall thus saving foundation costs. Our special natural light fabric provides a shadow free and sound dampening environment that will allow for a calming environment for the rider and horse. The thermal properties of our fabric will produce warmer temperatures in the Winter months and cooler in the Summer and eliminates the need for artificial lighting in the day time hours.
ARCH SPAN BUILDINGS can be installed against conventional barns to help expand existing facilities with ease and cost savings. An excellent choice for stables and hay storage.

ARCH SPAN uses only Canadian supplied steel that is manufactured with longevity in mind. Triple coated galvanized G90 steel with an added UV protection layer. Post hot dip galvanized steel is also available. All outer truss pipes are wrapped for an added abrasion barrier against the fabric cover.
